It is our great honor to invite you to attend the first World Conference on Electromagnetic Non-destructive Testing (WCEMNT 2025) to be held in Xiamen, China from November 18th to 21st, 2025. On behalf of the Chinese Society for Non-destructive Testing (ChSNDT) and the Conference Organizing Committee, we warmly welcome friends, experts and scholars in the field of electromagnetic non-destructive testing from all over the world to attend the conference!

WCEMNT 2025 is committed to breaking through the limitations of traditional electromagnetic testing techniques such as the eddy current testing, the magnetic flux leakage testing etc. This international conference is aimed at developments of innovative non-destructive testing/monitoring system based on electromagnetic fields, with a focus on the following key aspects:

1. Deeply expand the interdisciplinary technology matrix including the microwave testing, terahertz wave imaging, and electromagnetic-electrochemical collaborative sensing.

2. Horizontally promote the integrated innovation of electromagnetic technology with multiple non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic guided-wave testing, laser holography, and infrared thermography.

3. In the face of the wave of Industry 4.0, experts and scholars from fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and biological electromagnetic fields are invited to gather together to drive progress in these critical fields.

We are now ready to provide a revitalized conference in Xiamen - the hub of innovation cooperation among BRICS countries. Xiamen is a beautiful city known as “Garden on the sea” with azure seas and academic spirit. It’s our great honor to take you around the World Heritage site of Gulangyu Island, and to enjoy the nice local tea with all of you after the intellectual exchanges. With innovation as sail and technological breakthroughs as oars, let's jointly write a new chapter in the field of electromagnetic non-destructive testing!
